Geekgasms!
Wandered over to Banzai Cat's blog and found this. It's a hilarious mock flame war between Warren Ellis (who made fun of weird costumes at a comic con he attended) and Joss Whedon (the god who created Buffy).
Ah, the joy of silly geeky humor. Moments like these make me proud to be a sorta-kinda geek (bordering on the "dork" side, so I prefer "geek").
Not for those who are unfamiliar with Joss Whedon and Warren Ellis. If you aren't into comics or Buffy, sorry about that. But the geek in me just had a laughgasm reading this "flame war" which turns into Brokeback Mountain. Eargh!
You need a background in gaming, Buffy, X-Men, comic cons, Star Wars, and other nerdy stuff to get the jokes. Share it with a friend who's been through RPGs and Buffythons with you
